Cleveland Browns players faced off with pediatric cancer patients on a fashion runway Tuesday evening at Huntington Bank Field. The team held its annual Halloween Fashion Show, pairing 14 athletes with young children dressed in costumes. The event served as a direct interaction between the roster and families dealing with serious illness.

The gathering invited families whose children are patients at University Hospitals or members of The Littlest Heroes. The latter organization provides emergency financial support to families fighting pediatric cancer and other childhood illnesses. Participants spent the evening at the stadium enjoying food, candy, and Halloween decorations.

The format required each child to wear a costume and be paired with a player in a matching or complementary outfit. The pairs then walked the runway to display their attire. Fourteen players participated in this year's edition, including wide receiver KC Concepcion Jr., tackle Spencer Fano, cornerback Myles Harden, and center Elgton Jenkins.

Other attendees included running back Quinshon Judkins, safety Donovan McMillon, linebacker Winston Reid, long snapper Rex Sunahara, kicker Andre Szmyt, and center Luke Wypler. Linebackers Carson Schwesinger and Quincy Williams, along with safeties Grant Delpit and Zion Washington, also took part in the show.

Players engaged in various activities to encourage the children. Some held hands with shy participants or guided them through poses at the end of the runway. Spencer Fano, dressed as Super Mario, noted the personal significance of the event. He stated that many family members, including a best friend who died of cancer at 17, have faced the disease. Fano said it meant the world to spend the evening with the families.

Kicker Andre Szmyt and long snapper Rex Sunahara commented on the specific costumes worn by teammates. Sunahara, dressed as a giraffe, praised Carson Schwesinger's pirate outfit and KC Concepcion Jr.'s Fred costume. Szmyt, in a banana suit, identified Quincy Williams' Joker costume as a standout. Linebacker Quincy Williams described the night as providing positive moments and fun for the brief time spent together.

Specific interactions included an impromptu sumo wrestling match between Spencer Fano and a young boy on the runway. A young boy dressed as Lightning McQueen from the Cars franchise performed a specific pose at the end of his walk. The event concluded with players and families sharing smiles and laughter throughout the evening.
